Our goal is to create an environment in which members of the group are empowered, productive, contributing, and very happy. Our groups will create life-long friendships, support each other, and encourage each other, which will lead to personal growth. The intent of these groups is to provide a place where the women will feel safe enough to discuss their lives, dreams and problems with other women who are interested in helping them.

These groups will allow us to:

• Brainstorm problems to unearth new solutions
